Bundaberg is a 2 year old Australian dark rum. The nose is sweet with Demerara and molasses, spice and pepper and plenty of oak. The palate is dry with oak and spice, a little brown sugar sweetness and spice. The finish is spicy and woody.
Served with choice of mixer, straight up or on the rocks
